Printing Prices-Poster Printer

The large format poster printer (Hewlett Packard DesignJet T1100ps) produces high quality color prints.  This printer can be used for poster printing, banners and much more. 

It is recommended that you use Microsoft PowerPoint or Publisher to create your document however, many other applications will work as well.  When designing your project, keep in mind that our paper sizes are 24", 36" or 42" and it is easiest if one of your dimensions matches the size of the paper so you don't have to do any trimming.

There are four types of paper:

• Basic Coated (best for a draft print and posters that will be quickly discarded or mounted to a board)
• Heavy Weight Coated (matte finish paper - works well for text posters)
• Imaging Satin (slightly shiny paper that is good for posters with text and images) 
• Imaging Gloss (best for posters with lots of photo quality images).

To have an college-related item printed on the poster printer, please send an email request to .  If your file is too large to include in the email, post it to the P drive and state in the email where you have placed the document.  Please also include in your email the type of paper you would like used, the quantity, and the account number or organization to be charged.  A staff member will print your project and let you know when it is complete along with the total price that will be charged.
