Video Conference Request Form

At Albion College there are several options for connecting to a video conference. Olin 118 and 119 are dedicated video conferencing spaces. These rooms require the use of the Google Meet program. Additionally, a Web Camera Kit can be placed in most classrooms on campus to meet web conferencing needs. 

Please fill out this form, outlining the needs for your video conference. If separate video conferences are desired (such as multiple interviews or meetings), please submit this form for each connection. 

Please complete this form at least one business day in advance of the video conference. Instructional Technology will reach out with how others can connect to the meeting and offer assistance in technology setup.
