Computer Lab Reservation Form

If you are interested in reserving a computer lab for a class with reoccuring times throughout the semester, please contact the Registrar's office. For example: Every Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. throughout the semester.

If you are interested in reserving a computer lab for a periodic time (Monday, March 15 at 9:00 a.m.), please complete this form.  Information Technology will determine if a lab is available for the date/time that you requested and send you an e-mail with your confirmation.
