IT Update: Internet / Telephone Maintenance

On Wednesday June 6, between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm, our internet provider
will be performing an equipment upgrade on our internet connection.
This may cause some brief service interruptions for internet and telephone
service during the service window.
Dice are essential to playing most tabletop games.
In more complex games like Dungeons and Dragons, a variety of dice are used within campaigns for different purposes. However, dice bought from many gaming stores can average roughly $10 a set. Instead of paying full price, I set out to 3D print my own dice, which cost me a total of $3.
IT Update: Scheduled Fiber outage

This week, our campus connectivity partners WOW and Merit Networks have
announced a joint maintenance on the fiber optic feed to our campus. This
maintenance will result in periods of poor performance and/or complete
disconnect for our Internet, Phone, and Cable Television services during
the maintenance periods.
