IT Incident: Power outage update

We have received a number of reports of slow / sluggish internet
connections since this outage. We have looked into the issues, and find
that they are the result of the temporary measures we had to put in place
to restore the network after the power outage.
The replacement parts to restore full functionality are being received now,
and will resolve these issues once installed. We hope to have everything
in the next day or two. We will incur a scheduled disruption outside of
normal business hours to perform this work, and we will provide as much
notice as we can.
