IT Update: Brit has joined the Helpdesk!

Self-Service Chatbot is here! (and he needs your help!)

Soon, all Albion College IT websites will feature a new responsive chatbot,
named Brit. This chatbot is designed to help those on campus find the
technical resources they need from these websites by quickly searching a
topic. This will be especially helpful on evenings and weekends when the
Helpdesk is not open. Soon, Brit will also be equipped to answer
questions via text messaging, Facebook messenger, and email too!

Brit is scheduled to make his debut before the end of this academic year.
To be ready for this, he still has a lot of learning to do. We are asking
users to find Brit and ask him the tough tech questions. Information
Technology will be working to constantly improve Brit’s knowledge and have
him ready to answer questions full time by Fall 2018.

Please help us out by engaging Brit and asking him your tech questions, to
assist us in preparing him for his campus-wide roll out before the end of
the school year. We strongly encourage you to reach back out to us with
any and all feedback, questions, ideas, or comments. Feedback can be sent

Any Faculty or Staff member who can stump Brit with a Technology related
question before April 21 will be entered in a drawing to win a prize! (Make
sure to give Brit your contact info to be eligible!)
