Albion's athletics master plan calls for a permanent facility to support soccer in the fall and lacrosse in the spring. Lacrosse became an officially sanctioned MIAA sport for both men and women in 2012-13.

Reconfigured to a new north-south orientation, the complex will have new artificial turf and permanent bleachers and press box facilities. The addition of stadium lighting will also allow for extended use of the field to aid in scheduling athletic practices and events outside of class time and enable the College to host both high school and collegiate tournaments, bringing many new visitors to campus.

"There has been a rise in competition for facilities in the MIAA and these facilities will place us on par with our MIAA rivals," Athletic Director Matt Arend said.

Named gift opportunities include:

  • Naming of soccer/lacrosse complex
  • Installation of artificial turf field
  • Permanent stadium lights
  • Scoreboard
  • Permanent bleachers
  • Permanent press box and public address system
  • Permanent perimeter fence
