Satirical 'Urinetown' Comes to Albion College Theatre

The satirical and musical Urinetown opens the Albion College 2014-15 Theatre season. The play runs from Thursday, October 16 through Sunday, October 19, in Albion College’s Herrick Auditorium. Thursday through Saturday performances begin at 8 p.m. and Sunday is a 2 p.m. curtain. No late seating will be available.

Set in a dystopian future where urine is taxed due to a water shortage, Urinetown turns a satirical eye to subjects such as the environment, class, and bureaucratic mismanagement. The play is directed by Robert Starko, department chair and assistant professor.
