Albion College Forms Revolutionary Partnership with Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine

Albion College, one of the top 50 innovative liberal arts colleges in the country, announced today a unique partnership with Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine (WMed), offering students an 8-year educational program. Students have the opportunity to receive a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Albion College and a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from WMed with acceptance into both degree programs directly from high school.

Wilson Institute Offering New Post-Bacc Certificate in Pre-Medical Studies

In an effort to assist students as they pursue their interest in medical careers, the Lisa and James Wilson Institute for Medicine is offering a unique post-baccalaureate certificate in pre-medical studies to students who have received their bachelor's degree. “I hope it helps establish Albion as a leader in pre-medical education,” said Institute director Dr. Brad Rabquer.
