Albion inspired Amy.

As soon as Amy stepped on campus, she felt like she was finally where she belonged. In her public speaking and creative writing classes, she learned the value of creativity—her original thoughts were always encouraged, appreciated, and celebrated. Through the New York Arts Program, she interned with The Late Show with David Letterman and Saturday Night Live. Thanks to these experiences, she was convinced that she could successfully express her creativity in a writing career.

Along with her friend and writing partner Trisha Ashworth, Amy is the author of I Was a Really Good Mom Before I Had Kids, I’d Trade My Husband for a Housekeeper, and Dirty Little Secrets from Otherwise Perfect Moms, and she has two more books in the works. In addition, two of her books are currently being developed into television shows. Together, she and Trisha have appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, 20/20, Today, and Rachael Ray. It’s a path that began at Albion, and it’s taking Amy places she never imagined.

Albion allows you to find out who you are and where you’re supposed to be.
