Information: Michelle Croce received her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Union Institute and University in 2013. She has worked extensively with survivors of sexual assault and childhood trauma, families with school aged children, and college students, and has experience with a variety of mental and physical health problems including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, AD/HD and learning disabilities, and family and relationship issues. Her treatment approach incorporates research and client preferences, blending cognitive behavioral therapy principles, systemic strategies, and mindfulness practices. Michelle believes that people often have tools which, when identified, accessed and nurtured, can aide in problem resolution and improve overall life satisfaction.

Information: Shannon earned her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University in 1996 and her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from WMU in 1993. She is certified in the state of Michigan as an Advanced Drug and Alcohol Counselor. She has been trained by The Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy in Philadelphia. She has also been trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and in many applications of DBT by Behavioral Tech. Shannon has enjoyed working as a therapist for 21 years and has a broad range of experience. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and utilizes a multitude of theories and experiences to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual. She is committed to the people she serves and sees therapy as an important relationship where growth can occur. In her free time she enjoys time with family and close friends, cooking, and learning new things.
