Briton House Apartments are College-owned apartments for senior-year men and women. It is located at the corner of Erie and Huron streets. Briton holds 24 students in two-bedroom, one-bath apartments. There are a total of six apartments holding four students (gender-specific) per apartment.

Building your own loft is prohibited. All college furniture must remain in the room/apartment throughout the entire academic year.
Students in Briton Apartments are not required to be on a College Board Plan. However, students may purchase a College Board Plan if desired. Please see Dining Services for more information.

Wireless access is only available in the common areas of each apartment. All student rooms have active, wired ports.
Briton House Apartments are set up with card system that allows students to use their Albion1Card as a key to their residential building as well as their individual apartment.

Students interested in Briton Apartments must apply in groups of four (same gender) during the Apartment phase of the Room Selection Process.
