  • Schedule a Virtual Experience to learn about the admission process, academics, and have a chance to win some Albion swag. You’ll also be able to connect to a current student and hear all about life at Albion!
  • Current students are available via Brit Talks, check your Briton Bound Account for details.

Will COVID-19 impact admission decisions and processes?

As usual, every application will receive our full consideration and to make applying even easier during this time, we have decided to update our admission processes to include the following:

Test-Optional. Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 outbreak and the uncertainty regarding SAT and ACT exam dates in 2021, Albion College is implementing a test-optional admissions policy for Spring 2021 and Fall 2021.

Unofficial high school transcripts. We are currently accepting unofficial high school transcripts.

Will COVID-19 impact the timing of admission notification?

Admission letters are going out weekly and notifications are also being sent daily via email. Please check your Briton Bound portal.

Will the enrollment deposit deadline be extended?

At this time, May 1 is our enrollment deposit deadline. However, we understand that these are uncertain times. Please contact your admission counselor regarding any enrollment deposit concerns.

What if I have affordability concerns as a result of COVID-19?

Albion has a process designed for this purpose. Please contact our Financial Aid Office for assistance.

I’m a transfer student and my current college/university is closed; will you accept unofficial transcripts?

We are not requiring any test scores or high school transcripts for your application. We will accept an unofficial copy of your college transcript, and then move forward with reviewing your application. In the meantime, contact Lloyd McPartlin, our Director of Transfer Recruitment, if you have any questions or concerns.
