Spring 2019

  • Rachel Appel had the honor of being awarded the David K. and Patricia B. Hogberg Award for Research Excellence in Psychology and the Joseph C. Heston Award for Outstanding Senior Psychology Major.
  •  Ian Stewart won the Joseph C. Heston Award for Outstanding Senior Psychology Major.
  • Rachel AppMarianne Krause won the David K. and Patricia B. Hogberg Award for Research Excellence in Psychology.
  • Caroline Manning was awarded the Kirsten Metalonis Summer Research Fellowship.
  • El'Verson Mitchell was awarded the Kirsten D. Metalonis 1999 Memorial Scholarship.

In addition, the Neuroscience program awarded Griselda Iniguez the Ned Garvin Prize for Neuroscience, and the Human Services program awarded Emily Budlong and Morgan Reeve the Excellence in Human Services Award.

Spring 2018

  • Grace Boudjalis and Victoria Stewart were named co-winners of the Joseph C. Heston Award for Outstanding Senior Psychology Major.

  • Samantha Ely received the David K. and Patricia B. Hogberg Award for Excellence in Research in Psychology.

  • Rachel Appel was awarded the Kirsten Metalonis Summer Research Fellowship.

  • In addition, the Neuroscience program awarded Samantha Ely the Ned Garvin Prize for Neuroscience, and the Human Services program awarded was shared by Chaz Hopkins and Madison Viave for Excellence in Human Services.

  • In addition, Dr. Barbara Keyes was awarded the Mark Sheldon Putnam and Mildred Plate Putnam Faculty Mentorin Award!

Spring 2017

  • Ciara Cannoy was this year's winner of the Joseph C. Heston Award, given to the outstanding psychology senior.

  • Jaime Bourgoin and Kaitlin Zinkel and were named co-winners of the David K. and Patricia B. Hogberg Award for Excellence in Research in Psychology.

  • Ian Stewart was awarded the Kirsten Metalonis Summer Research Fellowship.

  • Jordan McGinn received the Excellence in Human Services Award.

Spring 2016

  • Jessica McKindles won the Joseph C. Heston Award, given to the outstanding psychology senior.
  • Brandon Johnson won the David K. and Patricia B. Hogberg Award for Excellence in Research in Psychology.

  • Katie Pickworth won the Kirsten Metalonis Memorial Scholarship.

  • Jaime Bourgoin and Kaitlin Zinkel and were named co-winners of the Kirsten Metalonis Summer Research Fellowship.

In addition, the Neuroscience program awarded Eric Brink the Ned Garvin Prize for Neuroscience, and the Human Services program awarded Candace Cullens the Excellence in Human Services Award.

  • Stephen Foster and Shanti Madhaven were named co-winners of the David K. and Patricia B. Hogberg Award for Excellence in Research in Psychology.

  • Jessica McKindles was awarded the Kirsten Metalonis Summer Research Fellowship.

In addition, the Neuroscience program awarded Emily Morlock the Ned Garvin Prize for Neuroscience, and the Human Services program awarded Shanti Madhaven the Excellence in Human Services Award.
