In a nutshell, what do you do?

At my upcoming job with EY, similar to my internship I did with the same company last summer, I will work on auditing organizations’ financial statements. I instill confidence in capital markets by verifying the financial statements of organizations for compliance with accounting standards and looking for material mistakes. I enjoy it because I have the opportunity to work on a variety of different organizations in many different industries. Additionally, I have the chance to work on diverse teams and build working relationships with many people.

What did you like most about Albion?

I enjoyed many different things about Albion, but for me the small feel was the best. I covet the great relationships I have built with my professors and enjoy knowing many of the students I see on campus. I have made close friends from many different walks of life and look forward to continuing these relationships after graduation. The professional and social organizations I have been a part of have allowed me to foster these great relationships.

How did Albion help you get where you want to be?

Albion has given me the opportunities, as well as all the resources necessary to begin my professional career, and more importantly feel prepared. Through internships and career development skills they have set me up for success. More importantly, I have done this while having a great time the past four years while developing not only professionally, but personally as well.
