In a nutshell, what do you do?

I am a part of the Intel Finance team, which provides financial and strategic support and recommendations to a wide array of business units and functions. A major part of being a first-year financial analyst is to utilize advanced financial modeling, accounting, business and risk management measures to deliver financial information and advice to various operational business teams, which are imprement to Intel’s bottom line and profit growth.

Why do you love what you do?

Intel challenges me everyday to “rock the boat” and think outside the box. Every day is a different challenge, and I have the opportunity to work with very successful leaders that provide an amazing support system.

How did Albion help you get there?

Albion provided me the tools and support to succeed in a business environment. Albion has prepared me to understand the core concepts such as economics and analytics, while also offering opportunities to be involved with numerous organizations and learning experiences. I was able to reach.

What did you like most about Albion?

My favorite part of Albion was the personal attention from the professors. A few of my professors took an interest in my success and how I was going to proceed with my future. They were able to help not only in class but also outside of class which is the benefit of going to a smaller school. Albion made it possible for me to get to know my professors and to know most if not all of the people in my classes and majors.

For me, Albion ...

... was the place where I could push myself to always do better and more. I was able to gain a deeper knowledge of myself and the business world. Albion has become a home these past four years, but it has also been the place where I was able to move onto the next chapter of my life - living and working in the Pacific Northwest.
