David Camp, '75, delivered the 2012 Aldrich Lecture in Law, Justice & Society at Albion College.
Albion alumnus Dave Camp, currently serving his 12th term as a Michigan congressman, announced earlier this week that he will not seek re-election this fall. Since 2011, the Midland native has served as chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, traditionally considered among the most powerful positions in Washington.

Julian Bond with Albion College history professor Wes DickA capacity crowd braved the snow and cold January 30 to hear NAACP Chairman Emeritus and civil rights activist Julian Bond deliver the keynote address during Albion College's Martin Luther King, Jr. Convocation and Community Celebration at Goodrich Chapel. Bond drew from his experiences as a history professor and history maker to offer an insightful understanding of the past and future of the civil rights movement.
