International Student Orientation

Fall 2020 International Student Orientation 

This fall, CIE will hold a 2-week virtual international student orientation, which will run while international students are in their 14 day CDC-recommended isolation period.  The orientaiton will cover a range of topics including Academic Success in the US, Culture Shock, Health and Safety, Legal Matters, and Social Life.  

All F and J student visa status holders (degree-seeking and exchange) are also required to attend the Albion-O orientationAt Albion orientations, you will get to know Albion's campus, our city, faculty and staff, and your fellow students. We will ease your transition and provide help with course registration, campus activities, opening a bank account, mobile phones, and shopping trips.   

Your Orientation Peer Advisers

Diana Tomke (Albion sophomore, from Russia) and Marcelle Collares (Albion sophomore, from Brazil) will be with you through the international student orientation, and giving you a student perspective on life at Albion College.  Expect to hear more from them soon, we are all excited to meet you!
